REFUNDS/RETURNS

We put great effort into each of our products and work to ensure you receive the products in great condition. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our hair and body butters/oils.

In the summer months, we cannot guarantee that if you order hair butter or body butter products that it will arrive in its solid form. However, hair/body butter will solidify at room temperature or can be cooled and still be used. We do not accept exchanges or refunds for any products that are received melted, as this would simply cause wastage for a product that is still usable.

If a product arrives slightly melted, we recommend placing it in the fridge until it gets to its desired firmness. Always keep hair/body butters in a cool, dark place.

If you have any issues with the product that you have received, do not hesitate to reach out to us!

 Always do a patch test with any use of hair/body butter or hair/body oil. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

All sales are final.  Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds.
